Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Return & Exchange
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a return or exchange for ordered products if:
You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused and undamaged i.e. 100% in original condition with packing).
Exchange will be entertained same ways if the product is unused and undamaged along packing. All you need to do is to submit a return for exchange request on our email address support@salaarcollections.com with the subject of Return for Exchange, once accepted you can select a new design that we’ll deliver once we receive delivered one from your side. The new purchase can be in same payment but shipment charges will be on you both ways (sending & receiving back).
We do not accept the return if:
Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
Select wisely so you don’t get difficulty of return or exchange.
*You can submit refund requests within 07 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (03 Working days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
